2. Explain the concept of Functionalism and analyse the functional theory of functionalism.

3. What do you understand by conflict? Evaluate the theory of conflict of Veblen.

4. What is symbolic interaction approach? Analyse the theory of symbolic interaction theory of mead.

5. Give the meaning of state. Describe the role of state as an agency/ resource of  education.

6. What is school? Discuss the place of school in the present day Indian Social system.

7. Define language. Explain the factors that influence language in instruction.
