2. Describe the treatment with prisoners of War in International Law.

3. Define Plane Hijacking. Explain it in the context of international conventions.

4. What do you mean by codification of international law ? Discuss its merits and demerits.

5. Explain the provisions of Geneva convention of 1949 on the protection of civilians in time of war.

6.  What do you mean by contraband? Describe the provisions of international law regarding contraband.

7. Describe the duties of Neutral state during war.

8. What are the rights of a belligerent state to visit and search  ?

9. What do you mean by war crimes? Describe crimes against humanity and crimes against peace in the context of war crimes.
