1. Explain different phases of Software Development Life cycle. Also explain software crises from the point of view of a user and a programmer.

2. Discuss the various fact-finding techniques along with their advantages and disadvantages?

3. Develop SRS for"Railway Reservation System".Make necessary assumptions. Follow IEEE SRS format.

4. Draw first three levels of DFD for a "Railway Reservation System", Make assumptions, Wherever
    necessary.

5. Enlist the desirable characteristics of a good software design documents. Also discuss the bottom up design.

6. What are the major metrics that can be used to evaluate system design? Which of these can be used to better approximate the size of the final system, and how?

7. How is software management different from other types of Engineering management? what are the main elements of software project management?

8. Explain which ISO standard is applicable for software. Write the goals of software configuration management?

9. While installing software using its user manual, write the strengths and weakness of that user manual.

10. What are building blocks for CASE? How does CASE support in software life cycle?
