2. What do you understand by software development lifecycle in SDLC ? Why it is important  to a lifecycle model while developing  a large software product. 

3. What are the application of software and characteristic of software. What is software  process and software crisis.

4. Explain ER diagram, data dictionaries, attributes and organisation of SRS.

5. (a) What do you mean by functional testing and explain it detail.
    (b) What is Structural testing? Illustrate the  important structural testing techniques.

6. (a) What are the characteristic of a real time system? Why real time system usually have to be implemental using concurrent process.
    (b) Illustrate with aid of a appropriate example how to design a real time maintaining and control system.

    (b) What are Categories of software risks? Give an overview about risk management.
