1. Explain parallelism in uniprocessor system giving suitable example.

2. What are the different parallel computer architecture? Also explain the flynns classification based on multiplicity of instruction data streams.

3. What are the essential conditions of parallelism? Also explain the need of program partitioning and scheduling.

4. Discuss the system interconnect architecture for parallel system with diagram. Also explain the architecture of vector processor.

5. Explain the following:
    (a) Pipelining
    (b) Virtual memory technology
    (c) Memory hierarchy
    (d) Cache memory organization

6. Explain how the hybrid architecture can improve the over all system perform in parallel processing system?

7. Describe salient features and characteristics of super scalar processors giving suitable examples.

8. Describe the multi threaded architecture and its implementation in the simplest form.

9. Explain important characteristics of shared memory organization. Draw and explain the diagram.
