1. Describe Flynn's classification of computers.

2. Explain the various theoretical models of parallel computers . How are they useful in scalability and programmability analysis?

3. State and explain amdahl's law for measuring speed up performance of parallel systems. Also, list the outcomes of analysis of the amdahl's law.

4. What is Granularity ? Explain effect of granularity on parallel processing.

5. Explain in detail, the shared memory multiprocessor with a neat diagram.

6. Define Cache memory? Explain the various mapping techniques associated with cache memories.

7. What is Hardware multithreading? Explain its type in detail?

8. Explain the different types of multithreading?

9. What is virtual memory? Explain how virtual memory is implemented with neat diagram?
